MEET OUR TEAMOur team is trained by life. Our certified consultants have diverse life experiences and backgrounds, combined with at least 5 years of prior professional experience. Before being accepted, candidates undergo a rigorous selection process and 5 days of initial training. As consultants, they are expected to remain current and renew their skills twice annually at our 5-day training/company retreats. 75% of our consultants stay with us for 5 years or longer.
